“Shades of Grey” was started when we adopted our own Greyhound, Cleo. We made her a walking coat for those cool foggy mornings, she loved it - and her friend’s owners did too. After taking her on a couple road trips, we found the need for, but not the availability of, a portable food stand. Finally, the Pedigree was a way to channel the inner genealogy craving in everyone. It is an easy way to compare ancestors with all her friends, and fun to see all the cousins she has when we match ancestors.

Shipping / Return Policy
We ship orders via the United States Postal Office using their Parcel Post Service or by FedEx Ground service. Please allow a week to 10 days for delivery. If there are delays, we will attempt to notify you of when we will ship your order or when you can expect delivery.
We make every effort to ensure that all merchandise leaving our facility is of the highest quality, free from defects, and packaged to arrive to you in good condition. Shipping damage should be addressed with the carrier, but feel free to let us know if you received something that is less that you expected.
If you decide to return non-defective merchandise to us, there will be a 10% restocking fee on your order. If there is a problem with the merchandise, please call or email us with the problem and we will work out the return details with you as well as replacement products.
